Building an Arts Ecosystem
Friday, June 26 | 5PM–8PM | Wayne State, Old Main, Schaver Hall
The IMPACT Symposium is the signature convening of the conference — a candid, community-centered conversation about the state of the performing arts in Southeast Michigan and what it will take to build a thriving, equitable arts ecosystem together. The evening unfolds in three intentional movements, each designed to meet artists and arts leaders where they are and move the community forward together.
5:00–6:00PM | Arts Organization Open Fair
The evening opens with a dynamic open fair, giving attendees the chance to move freely through the room, connect with fellow artists and arts organizations, and discover the breadth of creative work happening across the region. This is a space for curiosity — learn what your neighbors are building, share skills and resources, and begin the conversations that the rest of the evening will deepen.
