A comprehensive class drawing on Balanchine’s aesthetic, the Vaganova syllabus, and American Ballet Theatre’s National Training Curriculum (ABT NTC). Karen integrates McLeod Technique Reinforced Motor Function (RMF) for Ballet Application to enhance flexibility, alignment, and musicality.
