The Ultimate Pointe Preparation Workshop

A focused session for dancers preparing for or advancing in pointe work. Participants learn non-weight-bearing conditioning exercises to strengthen the intrinsic muscles of the legs and feet, guided by Karen’s decades of professional expertise.
